Overview of MIDC E-Bidding
As per MIDCâs Disposal of Land Regulations, 1975 and as per guidelines issued in accordance with the decisions taken by Board of MIDC/ Chief Executive Officer, MIDC, allotment of plots/ sheds/ galas in industrial areas developed by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation is made available to the needy entrepreneurs.
Land Demand Request: In case you are unable to find a suitable plot to set up your plant / unit / factory in Maharashtra, you may click here and inform us about your industrial land requirement. This information will help MIDC to assess the demand for industrial land at various locations in Maharashtra and thereby help you by identifying all available plots that fit your requirements.
In the Industrial Areas where more than 80% of plots are allotted, for the remaining vacant plots the land will be allotted by eâ Bidding. Regular advertisements will be issued through leading national newspapers. You can also subscribe here for getting notifications as and when the allotment cycle starts.
