Unless expressly included, services outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

  • additional classes or categories;
  • resubmissions;
  • objection or hearing assistance;
  • additional documentation;
  • additional compliance work;
  • revisions beyond the agreed scope;
  • work resulting from customer-requested changes.

9. Orders and Service Requests

A Customer may submit an order or service request through the Website, payment system, email, WhatsApp or another authorized communication channel.

An order may be considered accepted when the Company confirms the order, accepts payment, commences service delivery or otherwise communicates acceptance.

The Company may decline or suspend an order where reasonably required because of legal, regulatory, operational, security, fraud-prevention or service-availability considerations.

10. Payments

Applicable GST and other taxes may be charged in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the transaction.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax information, including GSTIN where applicable.

Government and Statutory Charges

Government fees, filing fees, stamp duty, regulatory charges, professional charges, statutory dues, courier charges and other third-party charges may be separate from the Company's service fee unless expressly stated otherwise.

Such charges may change from time to time according to the applicable authority or law.

12. Government and Regulatory Processes

No Government Approval Guarantee: Opriya Trending may provide documentation, preparation, filing, coordination or procedural assistance. However, final approval, registration, licensing, certification, name approval or other regulatory decisions remain with the relevant Authority.

The Company does not guarantee that an application will be approved, registered, licensed or accepted where the final decision is made by an independent government, regulatory, banking, intellectual property or other authority.

Delays, objections, rejection, additional scrutiny, changes in requirements or requests for further information may occur.

Where such events occur, the Company's responsibility shall be limited to the scope of assistance actually purchased and agreed, subject to applicable law.

Customers should inspect Products promptly after delivery and report damage, defect, incorrect Product or material mismatch within the applicable period.

16. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund matters are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • shipping or return costs;

Important:

Refund eligibility does not automatically mean that the entire amount paid will be refundable. Any approved refund shall be calculated according to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy, transaction circumstances and applicable law.

17. Service Credits

Promotional or loyalty-based service credits may be provided where expressly stated in an applicable offer.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, service credits:

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the Customer may be responsible for losses, claims, costs or expenses arising directly from the Customer's unlawful conduct, fraud, intentional misconduct, unauthorized use of the Website, or submission of forged or unlawfully obtained documents.

This provision does not require a Customer to indemnify the Company for liability that cannot legally be transferred to the Customer.

27. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, government action, regulatory restrictions, war, civil disturbance, major infrastructure failure, telecommunications failure, cyber incidents or other comparable events.

Where applicable, Customers may have rights and remedies relating to goods, services, information, fair dealing, refunds, replacement, grievance redressal and other matters under applicable consumer protection laws.

The specific rights and remedies available to a Customer depend on the nature of the transaction and the law applicable to that transaction.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent legally permissible, be interpreted or modified to achieve its lawful purpose while preserving the remaining provisions.

The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision shall not automatically affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

33.2 Trademark, Patent, Copyright and IP Assistance

  • Availability of a proposed intellectual property right cannot be guaranteed.
  • Examination, objection, opposition, hearing and registration decisions remain with the relevant authority.
  • Additional professional work may be separately chargeable where not included in the selected package.
  • Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of information supplied for applications.

33.3 Tax and Compliance Services

  • Services are based on records and information supplied by the Customer.
  • Customers must provide required records within reasonable timelines.
  • Government fees, statutory dues, penalties and interest imposed by authorities are generally the Customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Independent professional verification or certification may be separately chargeable where required.

33.4 Partnership, LLP and Company Compliance

Compliance services may vary depending upon the type of entity, turnover, transaction volume, employee count, filing frequency, regulatory requirements and complexity of the engagement.

Additional work outside the selected package may attract additional charges where communicated and agreed.

34. Official Communication

The Company may communicate with Customers through email, telephone, WhatsApp, Website notifications, order systems or other contact details supplied by the Customer.

Customers should ensure that their contact information remains accurate and accessible.

Fraud Prevention: If you receive a suspicious payment request or a request for confidential authentication information claiming to be from Opriya Trending, verify the request through an official communication channel before proceeding.
