Form CRA-4 Filing of Cost Audit Report Thirty days from the receipt of the Cost Audit Report

Companies prescribed according to the Companies (Cost Records & Audit Rules), 2014, are amended continuously.

Form MGT-14 Filing of resolutions with MCA regarding approval of Board Report and Annual Accounts 30 days from the date of the concerned Board Meeting

Within a period of 180 days of the date of incorporation of the company. (Applicable to companies incorporated after 2nd November, 2018.)
